Our Booking Policy
Advance Payment: 50% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival at the property.
Cancellation Policy: A standard 10% of the total amount displayed on the website for the selected property will be deducted in case of cancellation.
Important: Failure to select the correct booking type will result in automatic cancellation, and 10% of the total property amount will be deducted as a penalty.
- The user must complete the payment within 30 minutes of the booking time; otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled
- Weekday bookings are negotiable and can be adjusted based on availability.
Alcohol bottles are allowed inside the farmhouse premises as per the law. However, consumption must strictly comply with legal age limits and all applicable government regulations.
Swimming Pool Timings
Access to the swimming pool is strictly allowed only until 10:00 PM. Guests must vacate the pool area after this time.Prohibition of Drugs

Guests must maintain discipline and ensure no public or private nuisance is caused.
Any violation or creation of nuisance may lead to immediate cancellation of the booking, removal from the property, and possible legal consequences, including fines or imprisonment as per applicable laws.
