Payment Policy

• Payment must be completed within 10 minutes of initiating the booking. Failure to make the payment within this time frame will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

• Guests are required to pay 50% of the total booking amount to the UPI ID / QR code provided above to confirm their booking.

• The remaining 50% of the booking amount must be paid at the time of arrival at the property.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the guest, 10% of the total property booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

  • The remaining refundable amount will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
