Nature of Booking: The booking is a temporary holiday accommodation arrangement only and does not create any tenancy, lease, landlord-tenant relationship, easement, or any right, title, or interest in the property.

Eligibility: The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age and shall be responsible for the conduct and actions of all accompanying guests.

Identity Verification: Valid Government-issued photo identification of all adult guests must be provided at check-in. The Company reserves the right to deny entry in case of failure to provide valid identification.

Check-In and Check-Out: Guests shall strictly adhere to the check-in and check-out timings prescribed by the Company (12:00 pm to 8:00 pm / 11:00 am depending on Day booking or Day and Night booking). Additional charges may be levied for early check-in, late check-out, or unauthorized overstay.

Occupancy Limits: Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. The maximum occupancy limit (35 plus 5 extra) specified for the property shall not be exceeded without prior written approval.

Security Deposit: The Company will collect a refundable security deposit of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) at the time of arrival. Any damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning costs, penalties, or unpaid charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

Use of Property: The property shall be used solely for lawful residential and recreational purposes. Commercial activities, illegal activities, gambling, immoral activities, drug-related activities, possession of prohibited substances, or any activity contrary to law are strictly prohibited.

Noise and Conduct: Guests shall maintain decorum and shall not cause nuisance, disturbance, or inconvenience to neighboring properties or the local community. Loud music and disruptive activities are prohibited beyond permissible hours (10:00 pm).

Damage and Liability: Guests shall be fully liable for any loss, damage, destruction, theft, or deterioration caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, equipment, landscaping, crops, agricultural assets, swimming pools, or any other facilities during their stay.

Swimming Pool and Amenities: Use of swimming pools, recreational facilities, agricultural areas, water bodies, and other amenities shall be entirely at the guest’s own risk. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Prohibited Items: Guests shall not bring firearms, explosives, hazardous substances, illegal drugs, or any dangerous materials onto the property.

Pets: Pets shall be permitted only with prior written approval of the Company and subject to additional conditions, if any.

Alcohol Consumption: Guests shall comply with all applicable laws relating to possession and consumption of alcohol. The Company shall not be responsible for any violation of applicable laws by guests.

Valuables and Vehicles: Guests shall be solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, cash, vehicles, and other property. The Company shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement thereof.

Right of Refusal and Eviction: The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse admission, cancel bookings, or require guests to vacate the property immediately without refund in case of violation of these Terms, misconduct, illegal activities, safety concerns, or nuisance to others.

CCTV Surveillance: Common areas of the property are monitored through CCTV cameras for security purposes. No surveillance shall be conducted in private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms.

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide accommodation or services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, power failures, or other force majeure events.

Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, property owners, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or legal proceedings arising out of the guests’ acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Acceptance: By making a booking, payment, entering the property, or continuing to occupy the property, the guest confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
