Our Booking Policy
• Check-in: 11:30 AM | Check-out: 10:30 AM (early/late only with prior approval)
• ₹5,000 advance required to confirm booking; minimum charge ₹10,000
• Remaining balance must be paid at check-in within 30 minutes of booking, failing which booking will be auto-cancelled
• Refundable security deposit: ₹2,000 (extra)
• Wrong booking type selection will lead to automatic cancellation with 10% penalty
• Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in
• Visitors are not allowed unless approved by management; additional charges apply
• Drugs, hookah, arms, illegal substances, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited; violation leads to cancellation without refund
• Guests must maintain discipline; public or private nuisance may result in immediate eviction and legal action
• Management reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time and is not responsible for loss of personal belongings
Legal Action for Nuisance
Guests must maintain discipline and ensure no public or private nuisance is caused.
Any violation or creation of nuisance may lead to immediate cancellation of the booking, removal from the property, and possible legal consequences, including fines or imprisonment as per applicable laws.
