• Entire farmhouse with 3 AC bedrooms (full privacy):
  ₹10,000 + ₹1,000 (caretaker cleaning charges)

• Advance booking amount: ₹5,000
  Remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
  Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of booking, failing which the booking will be automatically cancelled.

• Failure to select the correct booking type will result in automatic cancellation, with 10% of the total property amount deducted as penalty.

Important Notes

• Valid ID proof must be provided at the time of check-in.

• Minimum chargeable amount: ₹10,000

• Entrance gate will be locked at 10:00 PM for security reasons.

• Only flood lights will be operational. Decoration, disco, or show lights will be switched off during rain.

• Playing cards, hookah, and drugs are strictly prohibited.

• Using bedsheets or pillow covers as table cloths or damaging them will attract a ₹500 penalty.

• Chair breakage will attract a ₹600 penalty.

• Visitors are not allowed. If allowed, they will be charged as per the package.

• Prior permission is required for alcohol parties, events, or gatherings.

• Vessels for self-cooking can be arranged on a chargeable basis.

• Food items and alcohol bottles/glasses are strictly prohibited inside the pool premises.

• Any glass or bottle breakage inside the pool area or farmhouse will attract a ₹1,000 penalty.

• Swimming pool will be closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM for security reasons.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the farmhouse.

• Power supply is available only for regular property lighting. Generator must be arranged for decorations, DJ, etc.

• Furniture and fixtures must not be shifted without management consent.

• Music is allowed only up to 11:00 PM. DJ or sound setup requires prior permission.

• Early check-in and late check-out are allowed only with prior approval.

• Management reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time.

• Refundable security deposit: ₹2,000 (to be paid extra)

Additional Charges

• Campfire: ₹500

• Projector: ₹500

• Barbeque: ₹500

• Music system: ₹500

General Rules

• Arms and ammunition are strictly prohibited.

• Credit card payments accepted with 2.75% additional charges.

• In case of cancellation or postponement, 10% of the booking amount will not be deducted. Remaining amount will be refunded within 2 days.

• Paper blasts and color blasts are not allowed on lawn premises.

• If anyone vomits inside the farmhouse and it is not cleaned, a ₹1,000 cleaning charge will apply.

• In case of power cuts, backup is available only for lights and fans (limited time).

• Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. If found, the booking will be cancelled without refund.

Legal Action & Nuisance Policy

Guests must maintain discipline and ensure no public or private nuisance is caused.
Any violation may lead to immediate cancellation, eviction from the property, and legal action as per applicable laws, including fines or imprisonment.
